Is moissanite a real diamond, or as good as one?
Moissanite is a genuine gemstone in its own right, not a diamond simulant like cubic zirconia. It scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamond is 10), making it extremely durable for everyday wear, and it actually has more fire and brilliance than a diamond. Moissanite typically costs 80-90% less than a diamond of comparable size, which is why it lets you choose a larger, more brilliant stone for the same budget. Is moissanite ethical and conflict-free?

Sizing
How do I find my ring size without visiting a store?
You can measure an existing ring that fits the intended finger against a printable ring sizer (available free online), or measure the finger itself with a strip of paper or string and a ruler. How long will my order take to ship?
The shipping time varies based on your order, location and the address you provide when checking-out.
On average, most orders take 4 to 6 weeks to completion (including delivery). Our focus is always on delivering the quality of work we are proud of. Your patience is much appreciated.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is absolutely FREE on all orders across Canada. Shipping to the US is calculated upon check-out.

How long does a custom ring take to make?
Custom rings are handcrafted from scratch and typically take 4-6 weeks from design approval to delivery, depending on complexity. Visit our Custom Orders page to start the process.
